Pastel Pathways — Privacy Policy

1. Summary
Pastel Pathways ("the app", "we", "us") does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on our servers. We do not have servers.
The app runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests at runtime. Your settings, progress, and purchase state live only on the device you installed the app on.
Pastel Pathways is published by Curiola Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia, and listed on boringapps.net.
2. What Pastel Pathways stores on your device
• Your settings (haptics, symbol overlays).
• Level completion progress and the in-progress saved game.
• A local flag recording whether you have unlocked the full game.
All of this lives in a local SQLite database inside the app's private storage. It is removed when you uninstall the app.
3. In-app purchase
Pastel Pathways is a free download with the first three packs unlocked. A single one-off purchase ("Full Game") unlocks the remaining packs permanently.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details. The app only stores a local flag indicating the unlock was purchased, and asks the store to restore it when you tap "Restore purchases".
4. What Pastel Pathways sends over the network
Nothing beyond the purchase and restore requests handled by the App Store and Google Play frameworks. All 160 levels ship bundled inside the app, so there is no download, no analytics, no crash reporting, and no update ping.
5. What we do not do
• We do not collect personally identifiable information.
• We do not use analytics or telemetry SDKs of any kind.
• We do not use third-party crash reporters.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not sell, share, or process any data.
• We do not have user accounts or require sign-in.
• We do not run any backend service that the app talks to (purchases go directly to the platform store).
6. Store privacy declarations
The privacy sections on the App Store and Google Play listings are set to "No data collected". The statements in this policy match those declarations. If you find a discrepancy, please email us — we want to know.
7. Children's privacy
Pastel Pathways is a calm puzzle game suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone — children included — because it does not collect information at all.
8. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how the app handles data, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change.
